I can't recommend the supplement HTP-5 enough (you can buy it at health food stores). I stated taking it and have never had a bad nights sleep since. I had never heard of it until I had to write an essay for my psychology degree on the stuff and immediately went out and bought some. It has no weird effects, doesn't leave you drowsy in the morning and it's enabled me to go to bed without the dread of clock reading all night.
