No way.. never never ugh ugh ugh... you need to learn the lifestyle. It takes longer because there is so much to learn...it takes practice and determination. If you take diet pills... you learn NOTHING and as soon as you stop you gain everything back... My sister did it and she is fatter than when she started. She is not committed to the lifestyle change. It's more than being skinny... it's about be healthy, skinny comes along naturally if you live healthy.

I"m a certified pharmacy tech and I have to agree with the diet pills don't work. Yes short term they are great....long term what are you learning? There is no magic pill...diet, exercise, water. these are the keys to weight loss and then lifetime maitenance.
