SHESMITH1 - That's great! Fleet Feet is awesome for training - I know you'll love it!

I've been outside taking walks lately - it's not intense or full of training plans to extend my mileage or speed per mile but at least I'm getting outside which is something I have to be very particular about in the winter months.

I want to just keep getting outside and moving for about 25 minutes a day - I'll be happy for this month.

Would love to try that, but, having foot problems right now. Think I am going to have to see a specialist. Anyone know a good one?

I went by Fleet Feet this afternoon and joined their 5K training class. We begin coached sessions on Monday. The goal is to run in the Hospice 5K in April. Join me!!!! If I can do it, anyone can. (Of course, I haven't done it yet emoticon !)

We have had a very mild winter so far. The holidays are over, January rest time is over, time to get back to work!
