7. sign up for a class (yoga, zumba, belly dancing etc.)
8. walk pet 1 mile per week. (doesn't have to be yours)
9. Make or buy Valentines and give them out at a nursing home.
10 Check on a neighbor in the cold.
11. Avoid products that test on animals.
12. Volunteer an hour per week at a shelter.
