I joined a team called 'Just Do It.' That's all there is to it.

Nothing to it, but to do it.

Weight Watchers. I've heard that can be very helpful. I am a member of TOPS, it's like WW, but it's a non-profit. I like to pop over to the TOPS sparkteam from time to time.

This thread is another one for chit chat when you pop over to your original Spark Team.

Answer this:
What SparkTeams have you been visiting lately? How are they helpful to you?

My favorite team, is this one. Do I have to say that? :-)
Other than this one, I enjoy the 'Swimming for Cardio' team very much. The team is active every day and it has challenges that help me improve my swimming.
