Hi there! I currently walk/jog in Lebanon 3 times a week. I'm training to do a 5K and am on week 3 of C25K www.coolrunning.com/engine/2/2_3/181
html . My mom, sis-in-law and a friend are doing this as well. If you'd like to you could join us. Of course you don't have to do any jogging if you weren't ready but you could walk while we do the intervals?? We usually go in the evenings when it's cooled off some. Also we're trying to incorporate some exercise circuits in afterward too. We range in sizes so we're all at different fitness levels but we go at our own paces. If someone is pulling ahead because they can jog faster we do not attempt to keep up, we just do our own thing knowing we're at different levels.

Not been good at self motivating but know if I am meeting someone then I will not make excuses!! Want to build up to jogging. I am a tall lady so I do walk fairly quickly even at my weight!!
