I haven't had any short term goals lately because I'm getting so close to my first long-term goal (165) - 1.5 pounds till I get my first massage! That's the weight I was when I moved to Oregon, prior to quitting smoking and having the baby. Hopefully next week!

I have increased my fruits and veggies, usually stay within my calorie range and have a regular walking and sleeping routine.

My short term goal is to maintain my blood sugar level and I ahve been sucessful lately.

Long term goal would be to get to about 160 lbs.

My original goal was to lose 50 pounds - I gave myself a year - considering the poor luck I'd had in the past. I'm 2 pounds away from that goal - in less than 6 months! WOO HOO! Then is the 75 pound goal and then the 100 pound goal.

I have met my short term goal of getting to 150, but my long term goal is maintaining the loss and toning up. Right now my goals are still to strength train more often!

Have you met any short or long term goals?

I have met 2 short term ones. I set my tracker for 15 pound weight losses as they are more attainable.

Water is very important for us. We may, and I do, require more than the 8 glasses a day. The link goes to a water calculator I use to see what I need for my current weight. Mt requirement has dropped 9 ounces due to weight loss. Yipee!
