Got a lot yesterday running after plumbing supplies, helping with pruning, taking glasses back to Eye and Laser in WW and hitting a couple of stores while I was there and then going out to son's after dinner for home made Huckleberry Ice Cream.

Today, going out after mail, laundry and to PO later to mail a bunch of letters.

Water is very important for us. We may, and I do, require more than the 8 glasses a day. The link goes to a water calculator I use to see what I need for my current weight. Mt requirement has dropped 9 ounces due to weight loss. Yipee!

I decided I needed to get a lot of stuff done on Sunday so I took a 30 minute walk to get energized. Walked another 30 min today and about 15 minutes strength exercise.

If my whole body got as much exercise as my fingers do (at the keyboard), I'd be 120# and have a perfect shape!!!!! But, it's not meant to be.. emoticon

I did my very first 5k walk today, 44 minutes, my personal best, lol! I'm taking tomorrow off.

I try for 30 minutes a day (Mon-Fri), doesn't always work. Nic weather tho, I walk outside for about 60 minutes (3 miles), otherwise do 30 minutes on a treadmill using the various inclines up to 5% at this point. Most days it works, but some days, it just doesn't happen. (Lazy maybe??)

Get in 30 min a day whether its walking or exercising. This is to be a personal challenge and can be recorded here or not at all. We just do what we can do. Many are handicapped so can't do a lot.
