For the most part, I have a harder time in winter staying on a program - I think the heavier foods, stews, chili's, soups, roasts, etc. During the summer I tend to eat quicker and lighter - and in this part of the country, the fruits and veggies are abundant during the summer months.
Exercising... that's another subject.. but I do try and get a walk 5 days a week, either outside or on the treadmill. That's about the extent of it.
