Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter...I still walk INSIDE with my Leslie Sansone DVDs. Any OTHER walking or exercise is extra... My SP first anniversary is on the 24th and 74.5 pounds lost is probably still going to be my total for the year. I just will keep on keepin' on!
I live closer to the coast too. Summer is the time I can amp up my exercise and get outside to do all the fun stuff. We walk the dogs 2 to 4 times daily in the good weather. They get walked once a day in the rain.
when the days are super hot, it really makes me not want to get even hotter and sweatier with exercise! So yeah, sometimes. I wake up about 9 am, so sometimes if I'm really motivated I can work out kinda early. But some days it's too hot even by then to really do anything.
So I guess it all depends on the weather to me!
MUSCLE DOES NOT WEIGH MORE THAN FAT 5 lbs = 5 lbs
5 lbs of muscle simply takes up less space than 5 lbs of fat!
If nothing tasted as good as being thin felt, no one would ever get fat!
