It used to be the nutrition and fitness trackers, but I am not as dependent on them...I do pretty well without them, although I always track just in case. My most important thing, now, is the PEOPLE of SparkPeople.
The teams and my BLOG! =) I write about different things on this blog than I do on other blogs that I use. The other blogs are usually about my business and things related. I feel more open to let feelings out here...

I have to say the Teams. The Trackers have not been accurate for me. The teams ahve helped me learn about my diabetes. I have to post my morning blood sugar readings. It helps me to learn what foods is best for my body. Without these teams I would probably be dead by now.
Yeah, at the beginning it was definitely the nutrition tracker, then it became the teams. At first only the team for my week because they were all going through the same kinds of things, then other teams as well.
