Ice cream and cookies tie for first place...cake is right behind them.
COOKIES, COOKIES, COOKIES, PB, CHOCLATE CHIP, OATMEAL, SNICKERDOODLES, SUGAR, ALL COOKIES, BY THE DOZEN.
Spiffy's cinnamon rolls!! Spiffy's is a restaurant about 100 miles from my house on the way up to Seattle. I used to stop there every time I passed by and now I am Diabetic and it is terrible for me. The last time I went by was last summer. I got a cinnamon roll and took 3 days to eat it so I wouldn't spike my bs. It worked!!!
That is probably the only thing I can't control... I FEEL LIKE GOING THERE RIGHT NOW!!!

Going out to eat. I have never liked to cook and when I was working we ate out more than in. Now that we have retired and need to watch our pennies, not as much.
Chocolate Chip Cookies. By a landslide. Especially if they are homemade.
For me it would be chocolate and cheese, not together of course, but the other day bought a smoky cheddar cheese ball and 3 days later it was gone with only me eating it, oops
All food! But the worst is actually meat.....I crave meat all the time, ya I know I am weird LOL

hmmmm, I'm afraid that for me it's anything that is available. I am finding it VERY hard to stick with any sort of eating plan. I am a "routine" person, and if I get our of my routine, I lose it. Life should be back to something more like normal next week, so here's hoping....

I actually bought Jelly beans yesterday and they are a no no. Because I am Diabetic. these are not sugar free jelly Beans theya re the real thing. My all time Easter Candy. I ahd a handful between lunch and dinner and it brought my blood sugar up to over 250 and It's been normal as of lately. I ahve to say holiday treats. Haloween it's candy corn. Christmas it's fudge. Normally we don't ahve these things in the house.
I don't bake cookies anymore or make cakes.

My problem is actually healthy treats! Protein bars, popcorn, vitamuffins, etc.
I keep them around so I can take them with me on the run or just for snacks in general. However, it's so easy to think "I'm still a little hungry, eating one of those is ONLY 100-200 calories." Then later, "I can have another one for ONLY 100-200 calories" It starts to add up!
It's much easier for me to turn down treats I know are ridiculously high in calories and will do nothing to satiate me!

5 lbs of muscle simply takes up less space than 5 lbs of fat!
If nothing tasted as good as being thin felt, no one would ever get fat!

Lately it's been my wife's homemade chocolate chip cookies. Fine in moderation, but when there's several dozen around the house, moderation is tough...

Just eating out in general I think. I don't always make good choices. As far as a food, it would be probably pizza (which because of that, I hardly eat anymore) and french fries... (not together). IF I have something in the house, I have a hard time being able to dole out in small servings.. But.. I'm working on it!

Water is very important for us. We may, and I do, require more than the 8 glasses a day. The link goes to a water calculator I use to see what I need for my current weight. Mt requirement has dropped 9 ounces due to weight loss. Yipee!
