Here is the plan:
5 Minutes of swimming..
This means swinging arms, lifting arms, any kind of arms with weight, even wall push-ups (good for the pecs)
5 Minutes of Cycling
This means abs, legs..floor stuff, leg lifts
5 Minutes of running
This can be walking in place, dancing, jogging, kicking..
Be creative...you can do these on the bed...in a chair or where ever it works for you.
If you can find someone to do it at the same time as you, can make yourselves accountable to each other...or you can come on the team page and say you are doing the TRI at ____ time and ask if anyone wants to join you. They do this on the other team with some success and everyone seems to enjoy it.
