Cheers from the Oregon Coast!! We have heavy frost today and it is very cold but the sun is out and no rain, so the flooding can go down if all goes as planned.
I have a buddy to do water aerobics with 5 mornings a week at 7 at our fitness center. We work hard and you can sweat in water!! This is our 6th week and it is showing toning and inches off.....and by journaling, the weight is also coming off.
I hold a small water bottle in each hand at the computer and turn my hand backwards and forwards with my arms straight out.....called door knobs....it tightens the skin under our arms!! I do pushups against the wall and that saves my knees from being on the floor. We can be inventive!!

5 Minutes of swimming.. This means swinging arms, lifting arms, any kind of arms with weight, even wall push-ups (good for the pecs)
5 Minutes of Cycling This means abs, legs..floor stuff, leg lifts
5 Minutes of running This can be walking in place, dancing, jogging, kicking..
Be creative...you can do these on the bed...in a chair or where ever it works for you.
If you can find someone to do it at the same time as you, can make yourselves accountable to each other...or you can come on the team page and say you are doing the TRI at ____ time and ask if anyone wants to join you. They do this on the other team with some success and everyone seems to enjoy it.
