I do arm/leg/calf raises/walking/wall push ups/arm lifts with weight/general stretching/and am going to try the WATP DVD...but it is very hard on my knees. Plus when my sewing room is ready for me to set it up I'll being doing stairs...and I also do crunches

I try to go to the gym at least six days a week. On at least three of those days I go twice. I use various machines, switching up my routine a lot. I also do ab exercises at home (floor exercises aren't too loud for the downstairs neighbor!!)
MUSCLE DOES NOT WEIGH MORE THAN FAT 5 lbs = 5 lbs
5 lbs of muscle simply takes up less space than 5 lbs of fat!
If nothing tasted as good as being thin felt, no one would ever get fat!
I go to the gym 3 times a week and do 30 minutes of spinning and an hour class of body strength on the same days. Body stength is weights, bands, balls,and pilates class all together.At home It's too cold to walk the dogs so I put them on my treadmill for 60 to 90 minutes daily while I ride my spinning bike for the same duration. I also have bands and weights at home. I get plenty of exercise, my problem is my snacking
