I'm thinking my goal will still be the same:

1. Do the WATP 1 mile walk at least 2 times
2. Stick to my ADD diet
3. Go to bed earlier
4. Get up earlier
5. Make an effort to work on sewing room
6. Work with DH to set up a "cleaning" schedule

I did start on "cleaning" schedule

Water is very important for us. We may, and I do, require more than the 8 glasses a day. The link goes to a water calculator I use to see what I need for my current weight. Mt requirement has dropped 9 ounces due to weight loss. Yipee!

My goal this week will be:

To find a balance between work time, and computer time so i still end up with some "ME" time as it seems like I am either at work or on the computer playing catch up and not taking time to do something for just me.

my goals for the week :

stop doing so much cardio and actually do the strength training I keep THINKING about, but not doing.

find new and fun ways to incorporate my fruits and veggies. try some new ones and find new ways to eat them.

5 lbs of muscle simply takes up less space than 5 lbs of fat!

MY GOAL: Get back on track after Disneyland. I am OK with weight, but still not eating consistently so my blood sugar is messed up. Soooo back to tracking all food and eating in a spread out manner.
