Kathy, great ideas. I have 20 on SPA's exercise program that I do and some you mentioned are there. The ones I do are all easy ones because of my health problems. Several are one I did in Physical Therapy.
I don't have exercise ideas, but I would share some of the LA Weightloss, weightloss tips. One biggie is to switch your salt for Morton Lite. It is potassium. They insist you get a 1/2 a teaspoon a day. When I asked why? They didn't know. I looked it up and it is a system flusher. Just the opposite of real salt. YOu can only tell the difference if you eat it plain.
