I have been recording my sparkamerica mins since Janurary. I have not done as well as I had hope to be at by now but I am getting mins in!

I walk for 30 mins on my treadmill at a 4% incline. I walk 1 mile in that 30 mins at that incline rate right now. Eventually my stamina will increas at that incline level to walk longer than 30 mins.

I usually read while walking as it passes the time faster since my treadmill is not in view of a tv LOL.

Don't forget to sign up if you haven't already. It will take you to set up your exercise program. Just remove the ones you can't or don't want to do and add those you do. There are a lot of good ones. When you have that set up, go to your Appointment Calendar and set it up for reminders! So simple and when you get your reminder just click on the link and do them, marking them off as you go. Click record and it will do the rest for you. This feature has helped me a lot! Plus you get points for the exercising and appointment setting up.
