Don't forget to sign up if you haven't already. It will take you to set up your exercise program. Just remove the ones you can't or don't want to do and add those you do. There are a lot of good ones. When you have that set up, go to your Appointment Calendar and set it up for reminders! So simple and when you get your reminder just click on the link and do them, marking them off as you go. Click record and it will do the rest for you. This feature has helped me a lot! Plus you get points for the exercising and appointment setting up.
