Try jump roping. An hour of jump roping burns about 700 calories. Try adding some jumping jacks or some form of cardio. Good Luck!

I think this is such a great idea. I forgot to inform you that Carmen's DVD Collection is calculated as Aerobic workout in you spark fitness tracker. As for her part 2 DVD (Fit to Strip) is considered Circuit Training which is both cardiovascular and strength training workout.
You can find how much calories you burn in circuit training (general) on this site: http://www.howtobefit.com/calorie-counter.htm
Add how much you have burn over a course of a week—including shopping, cleaning the house, playing with your children, cooking, driving, etc. Any activity you are doing throughout your day is counting in the challenge such as cooking, playing with your kids, walking to work, walking up stairs for 5 mins, cleaning, picking up boxes, unpacking your clothes, doing laundry, dancing, shoveling snow, shopping, etc. Be active through out your day is important as well.
You can burn so much by staying active all the time. It takes burning 3500 calories to lose one pound; if you burn 7000 you will lose 2 pounds. So if you focus and work hard each week, you should lose between 6-10 pounds depending on much you are staying active and if you are tracking correctly. Diet is also important...of course if you are burning a lot of calories, you should be eating enough calories and lots of veggies, protein, high fiber, etc.
But be careful some activities at rest don't count such as reading, watching tv, sitting on the computer, naps, driving, playing a game, etc because they are already counted by you basal metabolic rate, which already burns calories when you are resting.
