Happy Spring Everyone!!! I sure missed visiting with all the team members this past month as we PCS'ed to California and we have so many new members!! Welcome to all.
Next week we will start the Bathing Suit Boot camp Challenge. Warmer weather is almost here and we all want to put our best shaved legs and painted toes forward.
I will post the daily challenge every morning but you can follow this 4 week boot camp challenge with this schedule:
The Swimsuit Boot camp is a 7-day workout plan that lasts for 4 weeks (April 12 through May 9). I'll post your daily workout and an optional "bonus challenge" in this forum each day--all you have to do is follow the workout, at your own pace and on your own time. It's that easy!
Here are the basics of the 7-day workout plan:

So go ahead - get that suit ready - hang it in your bathroom so you see it every day - buy a new one in a smaller size and use that as your motivation!! I guarantee if you follow this boot camp everyday for 4 weeks you will drop a size or two!! So lets get going - take your pictures now - take another at the end of the 4 weeks - you will be so happy with your results!
Remember this challenge starts this Sunday - Easter Sunday - c'mon finish these four weeks with us and as always... take care of yourselves.
