I was helping to hand out water at the mile 22 waterstop. I partially tore my planter fascia about two weeks ago and was unable to run in the race so I volunteered to hand out water.

Woohoo!! Congrats!!

I didn't participate in race itself - but stood on the side with some crazy folks from LuluLemon, cheering with silly signs :) It was very inspiring to see everyone!! I'm all set to train for a half in the fall now!!!

I walked the half marathon. a day later, my legs are STILL letting me know they didn't appreciate any preparation for 13.1 miles of walking. BUT ...............I finished and got my medal.
