I guess it depends on how competitive you are. There's a cardio entry for flag football. I'd think an aggressive game of laser tag would be equivalent. If you find yourself going non-stop for the entire session, you could count it as running or soccer. Personally, I try to under-estimate.
I cannot make myself be thin today, but I CAN be healthier by making a few smart choices. I focus on what needs to be done today and tomorrow takes care of itself.
