I didn't get discouraged after showing a pound gain yesterday. I ate well and drank lots of water and, this morning was back to where I thought I should be - a pound loss.

I will not let one big mistake rock my world. I will pick myself up and continue on with a lesson learned.
I messed up, I thought I made an informed choice. Boy, was I wrong. I ate my almost my whole days calories at one meal. I asked the waiter, he was wrong. But lesson learned now I don't rely on others for my information, if I am unsure of an item's values, then I won't eat it this time, but go and check it for maybe the next time out. Side note O' Charley' s firecracker tortilla wrap, good eatin bad nutritional values.

Oh, a challenge that makes me think, and a tough concept for me to think about. If I keep up with this one, I see it will be a month of self-reflection. Will give it a good try.
I try to do a good job of defining weekly challenges for the team I lead. I take time to really think about things that will help motivate others to exercise and improve their fitness.
