Whatever challenge type you pick, I'll join in as long as I can.
I do like the suggestion of trying a new exercise or new video once or twice each week. I tend to do the same things over and over and know that is not necessarily good; anything to help me remember to add in variety is appreciated.

I have been thinking about this *how about one new exercise a week whether it be a machine at the gym, spark exercise demo, a spark dvd, a kickboxing move ..well I think you all get the picture...time does not matter(for newbies :)just try it. *posting # of days without sugar..like candy, fancy coffees, cookies etc.... What do you think?
some of my other teams have a one fitness goal and one food/nutrition goal per week or month. i personally do a goal for cardio calories burned per week....or we could post a goal for trying a new activity each week for a month...

On another team that I am on, we are counting steps. We chose a number that we think we can reach for ourselves, and then post what we walk, and the countdown to our goal. For example, if I think I can walk 50,000 steps in a week. We copy the last posting and paste it into our reply, so that we always keep the most current numbers. Clear as mud? Just a thought.....

We would like to implement a challenge for our awesome team, so do any of you have any types of challenges in mind that everyone here could do (keep in mind many are still beginners)?
