I have been overweight for 45 years now. I have never ever stayed on a diet for more than a week.
I'm wondering if I should just finally give up. I worry about my future health if I do, but I just can't seem to do this.
Since we are all over fifty on this SparkTeam, I'm hoping some of you understand the whole "overweight for a lifetime" challenge. What keeps you from giving up? What helps you to continue the fight?
I need some encouragement.
