I'd say exercise, too, along with the good nutrition. Losing the weight over a period of time should also help make a difference. My aunt lost a ton of weight really fast, and her skin just hung on her, but she wouldn't exercise, and she didn't eat right - she's gained it all back and is worse off now than before. We're doing it smart here ... slowly but surely!!! As we lose those extra inches, I'd say our skin will follow.

What should I be doing to prevent too many wrinkles and gaunt looling on your face as you lose the weight? I am 61 and right now do not have many wrinkles. I am jusy ythinking that with other people I know that have lost weight they sometimes end up looking there age and some. Does anyone have any good suggestions for your face as you are losing weight to prevent that from happening?
