Depending on how many calories I have left I usually go for either a piece of string cheese, grapes, or I'll slice up an apple and eat it with some Better N Peanut Butter. Every once in a while, I'll just have a piece of chocolate if I've left enough calories for it and have eaten all my "healthy" fruits and veggies
I have come to realize that even if I have enough calories left for a "treat", if I haven't eaten those good nutritious foods my body needs each day, then I need to use those calories for the good stuff.
