I find challenges are a big help to motivation. If you haven't, get The Spark book and read it. There's a Spark Book site here that is only open to people who have the book (you have to read the book to find the code for the site). It's truly inspiring to read about how making small changes, like 10 minutes a day, can make a positive impact on your life.
