Sharon, thanks glad you explained how to do the tracker. I'm not very good about explaining how to get around the site. I can do it, but it's trial and error with me. I spend half a day doing this and doing that and finally getting where I want to be. Just don't ask me how I did it.

Hi. Looks like you figured out how to get your weight tracker. Now to change your weight on the tracker you will need to go to your start page and on the left side of the page if you scroll down you will see 3 boxes. One is nutrition tracker, the next is fitness tracker and the third is weigh in. Click on weigh in and type in the new weight and then save.

For the food tracker again you go to your start page and click on that first box on the left, nutrition tracker. If you are following the SP menu plan just click on the little box of each item you eat. If you are going to track your own menu you will need to click on the box that says add a food and type in the foods you are eating in the box, then click on search to the right and SP li8st of foods will appear.

I hope this gives you enough information to figure things out. If not just keep asking questions and someone will help you out. Don't get discouraged. It takes time to figure out how everything works.

On the top of the page in orange is My Tools, then click on start and it should tell you how to set it up Elizabethemoticon

How do I get my weight to change and also you all have such cute little figures to show your weight loss - can someone tell me how to set one up. I also am wondering where do I go to track my calorie intake?
