Hi. Looks like you figured out how to get your weight tracker. Now to change your weight on the tracker you will need to go to your start page and on the left side of the page if you scroll down you will see 3 boxes. One is nutrition tracker, the next is fitness tracker and the third is weigh in. Click on weigh in and type in the new weight and then save.
For the food tracker again you go to your start page and click on that first box on the left, nutrition tracker. If you are following the SP menu plan just click on the little box of each item you eat. If you are going to track your own menu you will need to click on the box that says add a food and type in the foods you are eating in the box, then click on search to the right and SP li8st of foods will appear.
I hope this gives you enough information to figure things out. If not just keep asking questions and someone will help you out. Don't get discouraged. It takes time to figure out how everything works.
