I have been on a macrobiotic diet now for only a month but am feeling fab! More energy, skin is clearer and the weight seems to be gradually dropping off. Haven't found it particularly easy to always get what I need in terms of products but I found you can filter by diet- macrobiotic/vegan/gluten free etc on this website, which is really handy www.thekindfoodcompany.co.uk/product
