My name is Sam and my goal for 2013 is to get healthier and loose 15 - 20 lbs! I will do this by getting more consistent with my workouts and being (much) more mindful of my intake.

1. Lose at least 15 lbs (38 is the goal, but shooting low) 2. Collect an arsenal of healthy snack and meal recipes and USE them! 3. Incorporate exercise back into my life. At least 2.5 hours per week. 4. Organize (my house, my paper trail, my digital life) 5. Spend more quality time with my family ( games, reading, fun time) 6. Work on marriage issues
