Hey Everybody! My name is Terri!

I know it's kinda of late (Second week of the year), but here are my goals:

1. Commit to an eating plan
2. Get my stamina back
3. Get off my blood pressure pills.
4. Lose about 30 lbs in 6 months or more
5. Feel better about my exercise routine, and increase by 1/2 hour!

Hope everyone is able to achieve their goals as well! Let's make it happen in 2013!!!

Get out of your own way, and make room for the real you to SHINE THRU!!! You are love and loved!!!

Hello All,
My name is Thelma
I have a few goals to aim for this year, but in regards to my fitness I intend to:

1) track my food regularly
2) eat the proper portion servings
3) be mindful of my mindless snacking
4) Increase my exercise routine, and I am looking to include running into my routine.

These are my goals and I hope everyone here achieve all their goals for the year.

Hi everyone!

My name is Sam and my goal for 2013 is to get healthier and loose 15 - 20 lbs!
I will do this by getting more consistent with my workouts and being (much) more mindful of my intake.

My name is Lisa and here are my goals:

1. Lose at least 15 lbs (38 is the goal, but shooting low)
2. Collect an arsenal of healthy snack and meal recipes and USE them!
3. Incorporate exercise back into my life. At least 2.5 hours per week.
4. Organize (my house, my paper trail, my digital life)
5. Spend more quality time with my family ( games, reading, fun time)
6. Work on marriage issues
