I apologize again for this involved challenge. I did not post the last weeks challenge rules because I could not find them on my computer! Anyhow, we will try something simpler in a month or so. I am having some pain issues right now and am not sure when I will be able to get back in the swing of things. Stay tuned.....

so i decided to quit being a quitter and hop on the bandwagon again, had a terrible past week ( eating wise) and got back on track so wont beat up myself too much about that.As for the feb challenge I'll try to stick with it as much as I can emoticon
getfitnlean youve set a nice challenge but any like any othe it requires consistency and that is what I'm actually aiming to achieve,
all the best teammates emoticon

Sorry, I guess I kind of dropped the ball on this. One of the problems is I don't really use the SP dvds or too many of the recipes (most are not kosher).
:(
I am still trying to get workouts in and staying in range while not giving in to temptation is a still a daily struggle.

So. I am getting the feeling that this challenge is too involved for a start-up challenge for our team. Sorry 'bout that. I am still going to try to do the exercise/team posting portion of the challenge, but right now with my digestive issues, I'm not up to trying too many *new* menu ideas.

Two more weeks left of this challenge and I hope that those of you participating will reap some benefits from it. As for future challenges, I really need to know what everyone wants.

Whoo. I have been having digestive issues on & off the past few days and it has really been throwing off my exercise. I'm hoping to get on the elliptical and do my 2 chosen SP videos today. Still haven't made any SP recipes, so I guess I will fail at that part of the challenge for Week #2. Going to try harder next week.

Going to try and keep up with this challenge, or at least stay in contact. Am still limited with my movements and will have a better idea on sunday how the dr will let me continue. Am so looking forward to getting back on the elliptical.

So I weighed in today for the challenge and the scale showed a 2 lb gain emoticon
No inches lost either, but I am feeling better. This just tells me that I need to focus more on meal planning and better food choices. I am so unhappy for letting my weight get back to where I had started. Now I have to work even harder to get it back down. This stinks! emoticon

So I got on the elliptical at 10:30 this morning and then did my 1st SP video. As the day went on I was having more and more digestive issues, so I still haven't gotten the 2nd SP video in. I may have to just do a double of that video tomorrow.

Cleaned the bathrooms and did a load of laundry. Not much else getting done today. Still looking up recipes on Sparkrecipes to get more dinner ideas.

I've only did my 2 videos once, so its tomorrow and Tuesday that I have to do them again. I only did 10 minutes of cardio today and that was a 10 minute walk with the dog and then I got a headache from the wind, so I did not get on the elliptical as I planned, but I got all my cardio in for this weeks challenge, but I still would've liked to get in some extra cardio.

Right now choosing the meals to make is my stumbling block, but I am going to workon finding more ideas this evening.

Hi, Iv managed to squeeze my way in the challenge(whoa that was a challenge in itself emoticon ) with me starting work after 7mnths of being a SAHM and hubby's b day on the 1st, didn't check in on SP at all but well I bounced back.can't let feb go to waste.Have been putting off my c25k last run for wk 4 too, but licked 2 sp videos and that felt good.Playing tennis tomorrow morning so will get a grip on things soon hopefully.

So. How's the challenge going team mates?

I did not work out yesterday, but I did write down almost everything I ate. Today I did get in the elliptical, but I still haven't chosen my 2 videos for the week or done them (gotta get that done tomorrow!) I also need to choose my 2 recipes and stop by a few more team mates pages. Gonna do this! Gotta do this! How bout you?
