I am copying this from another team but I think it is a good starting place for us North Dakotans
Here is how it works. You look at the month of May and set a goal for fitness minutes for the month. So for me I see 31 days in May and I want to average 80 fitness minutes a day. So that is 2480 minutes for the month.
The format for posting will be
Goal/Todays Minutes/ total minutes for the month
The goal than is to have your last entry have a final number equal to or more than your first number in the line.
I would post like this
Add your name and numbers in a list format and than when you have minutes for a day come back and post them.
So if I worked out 80 minutes tomorrow May 1 I would post
As new people get on board here they can start this challenge anytime in the month. Just set a goal and add your name to the list.
Each day you should copy and paste the list and edit your numbers and repost.
