No weight lost but none gained so I'm okay with that. I walked 6.4 miles, did strength training and ate within my limits. Need to get to bed talk to you later.

I know this sounds silly, but I would prefer not to post my actual weight online. I know it may seem silly, but I just can't. I guess I am still super conscious of the number. I will be very honest with all of you on how much I lose, gain or maintain.

Hi Everyone! My name is Kathy and I'm trying to lose 85 total pounds. I started at 212 and in 1 1/2 wks, I have lost 6 pounds. I have been drinking a lot of water. I never really drank water or felt thirsty before. Maybe the water is helping!

I'm not sure if this challenge will work for me as I only weigh myself once a month. I know that may sound silly but I can get rather obsessed with the numbers on the scale so I found this works. Let me know your thoughts. I posted on the other thread before I found this one. Hi Nodakkers!!!!!!
