Count the days you move. 47 days to New Years. So right now I am at zero days as I haven't exercised yet today. When I do I will change my first number to a 1 and leave the 47 there as a reminder. Join me and do the same. Add your name and number of days you plan to exercise and the number you do have. Just cut and paste this paragraph and the name list and edit yourself each day. If you start late you can have a lower goal.

Its usually us 3...wish more of the members would join in. Even though you don't get it posted everyday, I know sooner or later it will be posted and that's what counts. I understand your situation Toni. Just wish more would participate...it helps us all.
