Everyone on the team seems to be interested in physical fitness and weight loss through exercise. But are you exercising effectively? I've learned a lot by reading spark articles and have changed the way I go about getting my exercise as I have learned ways to exercise more effectively. This week I challenge you to read one article a day from the fitness category of articles. To get to all the fitness articles from your Spark Points page, click on Read an Article then click on Fitness under Resource Categories. From there you can click on "See All Articles" which will take you to a new screen with eight categories of fitness articles. Read up on anything about exercise that interests you ... Exercise Basics, Fitness Equipment How To's, Pitfalls and Plateaus, Spark People Workouts, Family & Lifestyle, Focused Fitness, Seasonal & Holiday Tips or Special Concerns. Since we're all interested in exercising lets get smart about it and do it effectively!
