Hi everyone,

It's still cold in Devils Lake...-18 below. I haven't been excercising the last three days due to a crisis we had. Our neighbor left his window open and the pipes froze and burst and water was coming thru the ceiling right into our bedroom. So we moved the very next day..so I am exhausted from this whole experience. I still have alot of unpacking to do..Yikes!! Hope to get back on track Monday.

I didn't have time this morning to get my crunches in after my aerobics. So hopefully I'll get it done on my lunch hour or this evening after I get home from work. It is a must, I need to make the little check marks on my fitness page and on my goal page. So I will do it.

I love when I can unlock the next set on my WII too.
I did too many lunges and squats last night as I can really feel it when I try to go up the stairs today. OUCH!

I got my two sets of crunches done after I did my Wii Fit exercises today. The more I do the more that is made available to me, and I love gettig the message that something new has been unlocked as my Wii minutes add up.

I got my ab workout done yesterday. I don't do the same ST all week, in fact, I only do ST 3x/wk.

Good for you Margie ... you get a gold star for doing them twice. I'm lucky to get them done once. I was relieved to find out crunches aren't as hard to do as sit-ups, but I still don't like them. They are one of the necessary evils we all have to deal with if we want to be fit and trim ... and I do!

Today was my emoticon day! Maya ... the "personal trainer" from the Wii "My Fitness Coach" game had me doing crunches today! I got mine done as part of Maya's workout.

I completed the crunches too ... but I don't have a weight loss to share emoticon. Wednesday is my weigh in day ... hopefull I'll have better news then.

Did my crunches. It was a really good week as the scale says I lost 5 pounds. I worked really hard though and didn't eat much on Thursday or Friday. I am sure much of it was water weight I lost but I was really happy with it.
