I water jogged for 50 minutes and did physical therapy.

I use the Spark mapping my route feature and track my walks that way too.

My longest run-walk-run ever was 17 miles. Recently my longest has been 9 miles; last Saturday it was 8. I ran and walked over 1000 miles in 2013. My longest bike ride ever was around 25 miles.

I've only missed 3 runs in my 3 times a week running schedule in the last year. Yesterday I skipped my run due to lower backache. It seems okay today and I plan to run tomorrow.

OK, I sure did not expect anything this high but since 03/24/14 I have walked or biked (do a lot of this) 519.9 miles! I think tracking miles is a great motivator.

I have been trying to get back into a regular exercise routine. I have been jogging steadily 3-4 times a week in the pool. I don't really know how to log that but will try to be better about posting the results here.

The farthest I have ever run (actually, run-walk-run with 3 minutes walk/1 minutes run) was 15.1 miles. I did a walking 5K (3.1 miles) in the Senior Games. I have probably walked farther than that, but didn't measure it. My longest bike ride was last year, 25 miles.

For this month, I've done no cycling, and am just getting back into run-walk-run after a cold. Yesterday I went 4.5 miles on treadmill. Today I danced and didn't measure steps or miles or anything.

Today, I did 50 minutes of water aerobics. It would be the equivalent of at least one mile with all of the jogging I did!
