You are correct Jane! At this point, with all of my health issues, I will be happy with any weight loss!
For clarification, the summer soltice is June 21. For the purposes of coordinating this with my Spark Goal Board, I will use the date July 1.
1) To be 199 . . . in Wonderland for the first time since a brief appearance in the 1980's.
2) Have my house clutter free (that means closets and drawers . . . eeekkk!)
3) To be exercising regularly for my health.
4) To have mastered the Mediterranean diet
5) To be employed
My goals are:
1.) Lose 8+ pounds
2.) Do at least 3-4 (or more) days of exercise per week.
3.) Use visualization of what I want to look like at least once a day to motivate myself
4.) Listen to my relaxation CD at least once per week
