I am going to try to lose 10 pounds this summer. I'm off to a fairly good start and have lost 2.4 pounds so far this month. I'm back in the pool jogging, doing water aerobics classes (not allowed to use weights yet), deep water aerobics classes, riding the recumbent cycle and walking. I am determined to be successful!
If you want to lose a few pounds over the summer try for 10+ pounds by Labor Day! If you are at goal and maintaining, try to stay that way all summer. Let's support one another in our efforts to eat healthy and to exercise! Please post your progress! Good luck everyone!
