I can only remember one day this month that I didn't stick within my calorie range and I tracked that day, too. There was one day I estimated whole wheat penne pasta and I really thought it could have been 200 calories or it could have been 400. I just forgot to measure or weigh it before I put in all the other ingredients.So I might have been a little over that day, too. Ooops.

Good timing. I have been so bad for so long -- and it has shown on the scale & in my clothes. I do have a 21 week exercise streak. Am starting "baby" steps re tracing. My goal is 2x a week for now. I will increase the number of days but not until I have the two days solid. I do want to try to increase the intensity of my exercise--that is a more important goal at the moment.
