I can only remember one day this month that I didn't stick within my calorie range and I tracked that day, too. There was one day I estimated whole wheat penne pasta and I really thought it could have been 200 calories or it could have been 400. I just forgot to measure or weigh it before I put in all the other ingredients.So I might have been a little over that day, too. Ooops.
