I've been keeping an ongoing record of everything that goes into my mouth. Lately it is mainly on paper or on the Weight Watchers site but I am doing it! Tracking really does make a difference!

Yesterday I met this goal! I actually had to re-open SP to enter my 10pm tangerine, but I did!! I also stayed within my calorie range, too. I ate more times (snacks) than I think I should. I had an 8pm snack and a 10pm snack, but did not overeat.

Does anyone want a February Challenge? Why don't we just count the days we log 100% of our food? Whenever I track well, I do well. Don't you?

I've been reluctant to become a leader on this team, but I sure don't want it to die out. Any suggestions?
