I did good with 100% tracking yesterday and hit my calorie range.

(The day before I had a great eating day until I couldn't sleep. Didn't track the late late snack. I'd guess I was over by 300 calories. Oh, well.)

I tracked breakfast this morn. Hope to stay on it!! Good challenge.

I, too, have been hit or miss on this challenge. Perhaps that is why this is such a good "challenge"!!?? lol This is certainly showing a lot of us exactly where we are weak!!

so far, so good this week! It really showed me where I am falling off!!! The cardio is fine but, the food is the pitfall!!!! It seems that the evening is the ultimate worse!!!!! I know where I have to work!!! UGH!!!!!!!!
