I love how I feel during and after my 2mile soon 5k walk/run (jog is probably better..LOL) on the sidewalk or on the treadmill. I feel my strength.

Had a wonderful visit with our son/daughter-in-law and then, my sister/brother-in-law. Now, on Tuesday, I return to the work force after 6 long years! As if that isn't enough, on Wed., our son returns for another 5 day visit and to pick up his brand new car that is in our garage.

I'm making great progress on running longer and longer distances very comfortably. AND I've got a lot of my speed back for the 3.1 mile distance, too. I really enjoy running slow and long OR shorter and faster.

Good for all you gardeners!! I did my new Runner's Intermediate Workout (slightly modified) for the second time and it felt great. I did an hour on the elliptical at the Yand it felt good, too!

Donna, you didn't "JUST" get plants in the ground, YOU ACCOMPLISHED something! That in itself is positive!!! Go, Donna!!

(I, on the other hand, still have 1 1/2 trays STILL to plant) but, I DID get 1 1/2 IN the ground!! And, like Cyndi, I hope that they will be looking great in just a few days!!

Pat myself on the back. I got up before 4am and drove my mom & ex-stepdad to Tampa International Airport. I haven't driven in the dark and haven't driven city traffic for a while, so it was good practice. I did fine. Hooray for me!!
