Encouraging everyone to post a motivation tip that they have read, heard of, or practice themselves in this thread over the next 2 weeks.
I was listening to a rerun of a special Oprah with Bob Greene yesterday and he said something that I heartily agree with and have found helpful. He was discussing squeezing in as many servings of veggies as possible.
For myself I find I can eat and almost limitless amount of vegetables, maybe not potatoes but greans, peppers and anything I eat raw for sure and still lose weight. Fruit I try to watch as I can greatly overdo that. No one really should eat 5 bananas a day IMHO but I have done it!
I am not skilled to understand what GOD has willed what GOD has planned I only know at his right hand stands one who is my SAVIOR
