I absolutely use the Food Tracker.
1) It made me aware that I was eating way too many unhealthy carbs.
2) If I do not track my food, I wind up not eating enough calories! I cannot keep this up for long and wind up over eating to compensate. With the food tracker, I eat healthy and feel full. And since giving up sugar, I am back to dropping the weight.
By the by, I read somewhere that you should say you want to drop weight and not lose weight because our subconscious mind is literal and if you "lose" weight it wants to find it again!

Yes, I use it daily. Even when I don't have time to socialize much or am restricted in access to my computer I have managed to log my food (and track my exercise, too,)

I've been faithfully tracking since I began my Spark journey. But now I am considering slacking off a bit and see how that goes.

Good for you, PJC! Yes, I have to use a food tracker every day, too. I have a decades-long history of wild, disordered binge-eating, so the one and only way I've found to stay accountable and trust myself in the process is by tracking every ounce. Fortunately, the 'puter is two steps from my l'il galley kitchen, so I have no excuses...

I use it for the full day about 3x per week, and partially, everyday for fruits vegs and water. I find that the more I use it the closer I stay to caloric range. Also, I find it easier to post it all thru the day as it is easy to forget about those little morsels that seem to pop into the mouth between meals. Have a great week ahead all.

Hi Everyone,
Hope all are having a terrific day!!!
Just wondering:
I plan to use the food tracker, but I'm wondering, when I sit down at the end of the day to track my intake. How many minutes will it take?
Thanks!
Have a great day!!

I actually don't. I use an application on my phone that deducts the number of calories from my recommended daily amount. It also tells me what is in everything I eat and how much of each nutrient and vitamin I take in daily.

I am using the food tracker daily because it is too much work to track the seven days in one day.

I do, but sometimes I stop with lunch. I have no idea why, I guess I just have a short attention span. I tend to start things and not finish. You should see my house!

As part of my healthy goals, I am writing everything I eat in a notebook. I will try to use the SP food tracker daily or at least enter the information in my notebook every sunday.

I just started using it last week. Even though it doesn't seem to have the particular foods I eat I can come pretty close with the new search and add your own food feature.
