I have gained some of mine back too . . . .and my old "tricks" don't seem to be working. Hot tea still helps, bouncy music takes my mind off things - how about you?

Thought I'd reopen this discussion as I know I'm really struggling to keep on track-I had lost
a bunch of weight,then between various stressors and not being able to work out as I wanted-
I've put a chunk of that weight back on-this cannot continue! What are some of the tricks you
use to deal with stress when you can't exercise(like at work)?

I think the grain least likely to cause allergies is rice, and brown rice is a wonderful food. The other nice thing about rice and oats is that you only cook what you intend to eat, so there is no going back for seconds!

I'm really struggling to avoid any grains and it's a whole chunk of our daily diet...
Wheat makes me feel bloated and gives me itchy ears... I have tried other grains but with no good results. Any ideas please?

HI, Do any of you have a link to good Food Pyramids for Veggitarians and one for Vegans" I am such a visual learner - I think this would help me - one that says how many servings of which foods would really be helpful for me. Thanks so much!!

Hi Everyone. Here is a board to discuss food related challenges anyone may have. An example would be for new vegetarians looking for dairy substitutes that actually taste good; or, perhaps someone is looking for a vegan alternative to the old chocolate craving.
