Try to workout three to four times a week....and get

more sleep emoticon and use sunscreen always

makes me feel dirty...yucky emoticon

August didn't turn out to well for me, so I'm resetting my same goals for September:
1) Get back on track with eating (curbing overeating)
2) Get in at least 140 - 180 minutes of cardio per week.

What goals do other people have for September?
