GAH! I didn't make my September goals either! Well, I'll try for October.
Try to workout three to four times a week....and get
more sleep and use sunscreen ...it always
makes me feel dirty...yucky
Far away in the sunshine are my highest aspirations. I may not reach them, but I can look up and see their beauty, believe in them, and try to follow where they lead.

August didn't turn out to well for me, so I'm resetting my same goals for September:
1) Get back on track with eating (curbing overeating)
2) Get in at least 140 - 180 minutes of cardio per week.
What goals do other people have for September?
