August was a disappointment for me. I didn't get back on track the way I wanting. Well... I had one alarmingly PERFECT week, which apparently struck some fragile emotional core and sent me into the ice cream.
Here's to us making our old August goals in September!

My goal for August is to get back on track. I've been more-or-less treading water since the convention at the beginning of July. I just haven't been able to get motivated or refocused on weight loss more than that. In another team I'm in, we've set August 17 as the "kick butt" start day, so I have two weeks to get my act together.
