I'm back...4.5 lbs heavier; but still back and ready and raring to go!

Hello All, I just wanted to let everyone know that for the next 10 days I will be on vacation in Newfoundland and I won't be checking in quite as often. I will definaltey check at least every other day but if you don't hear from me then you at least know I haven't abandoned anybody and I haven't given up. I have decided to try maintaining while I am away and not try to lose. As I often say, maintaining is half the battle and I think that it's time I gave myself a little break. Don't worry I will be back to start fresh a week from Tuesday.
