0 weight loss this week, sorry guys, it has been really bad and I am not sure why. However, I have just had a massage on Saturday, a good weekend with my son and feel really motivated to do better in the weeks to come. My goals this week are to get back on track and get down 2lbs. With that being said, I am off to the gym, keep up the good work!
