...I saw that too, so here is what I posted on the other thread also..... GO BLUE, GO BLUE, GO BLUE!!!!

Weight loss for the week: 1 lb

I posted the other day on the "biggest loser exercise" link, noticed today that nobody else on the Blue team posted last week and we got our "you know what's" kicked!!!

I am in the same boat started strong ended like a whimp 0 change in weight this week. Sorry and I promise I am looking to have my first 3lbs+ week this week no more fooling around

0 weight loss this week, sorry guys, it has been really bad and I am not sure why. However, I have just had a massage on Saturday, a good weekend with my son and feel really motivated to do better in the weeks to come. My goals this week are to get back on track and get down 2lbs. With that being said, I am off to the gym, keep up the good work!

Just breath, we have all been there! We are all taking different roads to the same place - a better tomorrow!

Hi there,

I lost 3 lbs. this week. Yay!
My goal this week is t0 lose 2 lbs. even though my friend is coming into town and wants to go to the Cheesecake Factory!

Sorry this is late. My family and I were out of town since last Friday. I hope everyone is doing AWESOME.

Post your weight lost for this week and your challenges for yourself for the week.

Homework:

Find a goal outfit or something you would like to buy for yourself once you meet your goal and put the pic up on your sparkpage. Once you do that....blog about it...and come back here and let us know that you have done this so we can check it out. Grin. Have fun.
